TAROT Card of the Day – TAROT Lesson

The Three of  Wands gives off such a potent energy that involves divine influence, mystical inspiration, and the cosmic fire that is both around and within us.

Three is a divine and mystical number. It plays a major part in our lives, starting from our early childhood. It has a very magical inclination in children’s fairy tales – the Three Little Pigs, Aladdin’s three wishes, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, The Three Blind Mice and so on.

In our adult life, when we have started the journey concerning faith, three signifies the DIVINE: the Holy Trinity for Christians, the Triple Goddess, the Triquetra and other symbolisms linked to other beliefs.

Three also evokes the Divine inspiration in our creation, of which we are given the opportunity to evolve and benefit from the minute and infinite details of time, through experiencing the past, the present and the future, with our mind, body and spirit.

As we go through our daily life, when we draw the Three of Wands, we can rejoice for the challenges have been overcome. The battle has been won. The harvest has been stored in the barn. Now is the time to assess our accomplishments, appreciate the fruits of our labour and look towards the future.

Questions to guide us could include:  Where should we go now? What is the next challenge? How do we keep the pace of success?  Who should we take the journey with, or should we take the next journey alone? What is the purpose of the next victory; will it be good for me – mind, body and spirit, and for the people in my life? Will the next victory also include the welfare of our animal friends and the environment?

In all these, we should remain grounded knowing that as life goes on, so does the journey.  The Three of Wands stands in between the passing and the coming cycles of life, reminding us to keep our inner fire burning, to be creative in our approach in preparing for our next course of action and to believe that we shall prevail, again.

Take care and until the next time! Many blessings to you!
