This Age Brings Forth The ReUnion Of The Twin Flames

The information presented here is from the perspective of our reality and experiences in the process of Fusion of the Twin Flame … and it is not intended to qualify nor disqualify the experiences of others.

The Union of the Twin Flame is one of service … which is not to be romanticized in the context by which one perceives the male and female relationship. The service of the Twin Flame is not only Planetary but also Cosmic and Universal.

The Twin Flame has a great challenge before them … for their Union needs to accomplish total surrender of their individuality to their One Essence.

1. One Essence

The Twin Flame originates from the same One Essence which was created by Father/Mother God from the Ocean of Love. That One Essence divided itself into two exactly equal and opposite intonations in order to experience form. In the beginning they remained always united as a perfect sphere with one center of gravity and one common equator or Zero Point … and functioned as a non-dualistic Trinitized Extension and Expression of the God Source of All. However, as the three-dimensional experience unfolded they became separated in a dualistic system which pulled them into an unbalanced equilibrium expressing itself through two extended and separated forms. The Twin Flames are now coming back into unification through all dimensional frequencies in order to restore the Unity of God’s Creations and collapse duality. Accordingly, there exists only ONE true tonal mate of the Twin Flame which is expressed in a male and female form … the exact equal and opposite frequency intonation.

It is important to make the distinction between a Twin Flame and a soulmate. There exists only one pair of partners who are Twin Flames which is not a disposable union … for the Essence of it can never truly be replaced with another mate. Contrarily, soulmates come in many different forms and different intonations … for a soulmate is anyone with whom you have had a past life experience.

We are often asked if the Twin Flame exists in a male to male or a female to female relationship. In our reality the answer to the question is … No! A same sex relationship does not fulfil the fundamental premise of the Twin Flame as an exact equal and opposite intonation. Some persons may wish to argue that point … and each one is entitled to their own reality.

2. Tonal Mates

We recently came across a very unique manner in which to explain or illustrate the concept of the Twin Flame.

In the book, “The Universal One”, by Walter Russell he explains the principle of tonal mates in terms of chemical reactions.

Accordingly, it is stated … that if we create a chemical union between the male action sodium (Na) which has an intonation of 601+ of the sixth octave … and the female selenium (Se) which has an intonation of 702- of the next octave … we have an unequal and unstable union of opposites.

Now, if either mate in an unequal and unstable union finds a more equal tonal mate it will leave the former and go to the latter.

Accordingly, the introduction of the female chemical iodine (I) which has an intonation of 801- of the eighth octave … will cause sodium to leave selenium and combine with the iodine to form the more stable compound of sodium-iodide (NaI).

However, if we introduce into this new union the female chemical bromide (Br) which has an intonation of 701- of the seventh octave … the sodium will leave iodine to form sodium-bromide (NaBr) … an even more stable compound.

Finally, by the introduction of the female chlorine (Cl) which is the true tonal mate of sodium with an intonation of 601- of the sixth octave … sodium will leave bromide to form the very stable compound sodium-chloride (NaCl).

Once the true tonal mates have come into union … NO element from any octave whatsoever can displace chlorine from its union with sodium.

As the Twin Flame are true tonal mates originating from the same One Essence … they are Divinely United by the Breath of God. Thus, we may have a new understanding to the words:

That Which God Has Joined Together

Chemically, every element is both alkaline and acid but it is predominantly one or the other. The alkaline male actions of sodium when united with the equal and opposite acid female reaction … are neutralized and in equilibrium. They become salts.

Accordingly, the union of the exact equal and opposite frequency intonation of the Twin Flame in a momentum of non-resistance … is the bringing together of the Harmonic Note in the Symphony of Creation … which creates an Trinitized Equilibrium of a Third Force or Overtone which automatically creates a Unified Field of No-Time.

3. Service

Many people idealize and romanticize the concept of the Twin Flame … however, the Union of the Twin Flame is carefully orchestrated by the Divine Mind … for the bringing together of the Harmonic Overtones has a direct and exponential frequency impact through all dimensions and planes of this local Universe.

Do not expect candlelight dinners and bouquets of roses in this union … that is not its purpose. This is a union which transcends all definitions of male/female unions on this planet. The Divine purpose for the union of the Twin Flame is to create the Harmonic Intonation of Completion and to be at service … planetary service, cosmic service and universal service. Thus, personal preferences, relationships and perceived obligations may be thrust aside so that absolute service to the Divine Plan becomes the ONLY reality of the Twin Flame. When we take the Twin Flame beyond the human perception … we see the potential of a tremendous force of Divine Action.

4. Inner Completion

Only at the point of inner completion is it appropriate to bring together the Twin Flame. When you have reached a state of wholeness within … you will begin to magnify your Divine Tonal Complement or Twin Flame. Thus, when you no longer feel a need for a partner … he/she will appear.

We strongly suggest that one not jump out of a current relationship and immediately attempt a Twin Flame Union. The energetic link of the former relationship needs to be dismantled and all inharmonious frequencies associated with it need to come into equilibrium. Thereafter, a time-frame for frequency alignment of the Twin Flame needs to be a consideration. You do not want to bring old baggage into this union … Why?

This is very important … because when the Twin Flame comes together … Everything is Amplified!

5. Amplification

Everything is amplified due to the Unified Field of No-Time which automatically accesses Higher Dimensional Frequencies. That which is harmonious is amplified AND that which is inharmonious is amplified. If you have not achieved Inner Fusion in Equilibrium … everything may be blown out of proportion. Little irritants may become gigantic obstacles.

Because of this amplification … the Twin Flame may not be able to stabilize the Union … unless they have first achieved Inner Fusion. Even at such a point … it is a continual challenge to remain in equilibrium as the frequency octaves increase.

When you enter a Twin Flame relationship … the ability for the consciousness to move multi-dimensionally is common place and it must be recognized that you are not here to reenact human relationships but to act as a bridge to the Higher Dimensional Frequencies of Oneness.

Thus, both partners must be in absolute realization of the fact that either one may be drawn multi-dimensionally at any time … and avoid human emotional reactions. If your words seem to go unheard or unresponded to by your partner … you need to recognize that service of the Divine Plan is all encompassing and it does not necessarily need to respond to insignificant expressions of the human mind. Because the Twin Flame is in a continual Unified Field of No-Time … they are being used by the Divine Mind to anchor frequency codes into this dimension. Remember, it is through and by the Unified Field of No-Time that the encoding and decoding can take place.

You must be willing to let go immediately of inharmonious emotional reactions. Do not try to fit the Twin Flame relationship into a human context of interaction … for it does not belong there.

If you need to get angry with your partner … so be it … it is just an illusion … your identity is being challenged! However, it does not serve to remain in anger for more than five minutes … Let go! … It is an illusion. Do not let the mind and altered ego rationalize and justify such reactions. Remember, we are dealing with tremendous amplification here … so seek equilibrium at all times.

6. One Identity

The Twin Flame relationship is an Androgynous relationship. This requires an adaptation in identification. You may not feel female and you may not feel male … so What Am I?

As each one has completed their Inner Fusion … there is an absence of polarity within the relationship. One is not a man and one is not a woman … they are simply ONE! One Consciousness … One Essence … in the Process of Fusion!

Since both originate from the same Essence … who is who?

This becomes the challenge of the Twin Flame … the struggle for personal identification within the Union … which no longer exists. If I Am you and you are I … then who Am I?

The very nucleus of the cells of the two embodiments of the Twin Flame are fused together. They have realigned into their original sphere with one center of gravity and one common equator or Zero Point. And like the example of the union of sodium and chlorine … they have lost their metallic qualities and become the “salt of the earth”. Now, how do you identify yourself as two separate beings. You do not! You can not! However, you can certainly choose to struggle for personal identification as long as you want … but it will get you no where.

What the Twin Flame needs to bring forth is the complementarity within the Oneness. Allowing each one to demonstrate their ability without personal identification to the results. Without claiming the results as one’s own …

7. Complimentary

So, when we state that the Twin Flame is One Essence … does this mean that they are exactly the same? Do they have the same Divine Attributes and abilities? … Do they have the same strengths and weaknesses? … Do they have the same likes and dislikes? THE ANSWER IS … YES and NO!

They Are Complimentary!

The Exact Equal & Opposite Intonation

The Union of Which Makes …

One Harmonic Overtone!

The similarity is in the Harmonic Note … and the difference is in the Opposite Intonation.

So what you will probably find is that each one carries the opposite or complimentary Divine Attributes within the Whole. Therefore, it is not to try to be what the other is … but to allow the full expression of each one’s Divine Attributes within the Union. My partner loves to cook … I can assure you I let him do the cooking without interference. Now, the dishes are another story!

My partner brings information through in a vertical manner … direct from the Source … which is not necessarily sequential. I, on the other hand, have the ability to sort it all out in a horizontal manner to make it flow so that you can understand it … which is complementary!

Thus, each one carries the complementary frequency of the Harmonic Note. Each one brings the complementary training and talents to support the Union and Divine Mission. Together … they create a Unified Field of No-Time which allows it all to take place. Together they can accomplish more than they could as two separate beings. Together they multiply their powers exponentially.

There is no mistake … the Twin Flame would not be brought together unless they had the absolute ability to complete their Mission of transcending the male and female dualities of this planetary system and bringing together the Harmonic Note of Completion. Thus, it is no longer necessary to play the purported designated roles of society … but to fine tune the Harmonic Note of Completion through and by the Dimensional Frequencies.

8. Parallel Evolution

When the Twin Flame does unite and they begin to compare their lives … do not be surprised at the similarity and complementarity of their evolution.

When I met my partner and we began to compare … we found that within one to three months of each other we were enacting similar experiences. Following our Inner Guidance … we twice moved our residences at the same time and in the same manner … we were instructed to get rid of our furniture and detach … we were instructed to end relationships … and before meeting physically we experienced Fusion of Our Essence in the Higher Dimensional Embodiments.

The closer you come to Union the closer the time-frame of the parallel experiences. Remember, you are One Essence being guided by the same Source.

It does not matter where you are or what your lifestyle is … if one is in reclusion and one is on public display … when it is time for your Union it will happen. You do not have to go out and look for it. You do not have to wonder if every person you pass on the street is your Twin Flame. It is not in your hands to orchestrate this Union … but it lies strictly in the hands of the Divine Mind and within your Sacred Heart and your Covenant with God.

9. Harmonic Note

Many people ask the question … “How do I know for sure that this is my Twin Flame?”

I do not believe that this can be an externally answered question … it is something that you will know within your Sacred Heart. The best I can hope to do is provide a Guiding Light.

We have already covered most of the points … if you take into consideration Inner Completion … Parallel Evolution … Amplification … One Identity … Complementary Attributes and Service … what is left?

The Harmonic Note will be the key identifying factor. Since you both originate from the same Essence … you both carry the EXACT equal and opposite intonation. Thus, one may experience the sense of being with oneself … alone but not al-one … simply all ONE. The sense of Oneness is such that one does not feel as if there is another vibratory presence with them … for the vibration is unified as ONE!

For example … you may have, in past relationships or interaction with other people … had to adjust your vibratory rate to accommodate others. This may have been evidenced by a need to pull back into your own space in order to attune to your own vibration and realign yourself.

In the Twin Flame relationship it is not necessary in any way to adjust your vibratory rate to accommodate the other. You are exactly the same … vibrating to, with and within the same Essence. A unique Harmonic Note in the Ocean of Love.

Accordingly, the Twin Flame has the ability to remain in each others Presence in a Continuum of No-Time. And this, too, is part of their Service of Unification … for rarely will they ever be apart. They function as “One Complete Unit” that was not meant to be separated in any form. As we move into our futuristic lives we will find that these “Units” will function as ONE CONSCIOUSNESS and they will not be separated by act or vocation. Thus, it will be the “Units” that are commissioned or employed in service and not the individual expressions of the unit.

The separation of the functions of the male and female which is demonstrated throughout society and also, to a large extent, in spiritual circles … Needs To Be Transcended!

The separation of the sexes in spiritual events such as … The Wise Women’s Circle or The Goddess Circle … sustains only the aspect of separation and duality! The energy which is now infusing and transforming this planet is a Unified or Polarized/Integrated Energy … absent of dualistic polarity … which demands the Unification of the Sexes … within and without!

Thus, the Twin Flame … rarely parts! In our union of nine years … we could easily count the number of hours that we have not been in each other’s presence! This is part of the Twin Flame’s Mission … to maintain a Unified Field of No-Time upon the planet … which is achieved through being in each other’s presence. And to demonstrate the Fusion of the One Essence … which Unifies and Trinitizes the male and female polarities within the substrata of human consciousness.

10. Employing Wisdom

Be aware that not all Twin Flames exist in the same dimension. Those who are here on Earth have agreed to undertake this Divine Service. They have been trained and prepared to undergo this Mission.

Ultimately … as the Earth moves into fifth dimensional alignment and the substrata of human consciousness is opened … the Twin Flames may be reunited at other dimensional levels.

So, please, employ wisdom in assimilating this information. Do not take up a personal venture to find your Twin Flame and disrupt whatever harmonious relationships you are now in. We are here to live experiences in whatever form they may take. And if you are in a relationship and the experience is not completed … then enjoy it!

It is not necessary that one be with their Twin Flame in order to serve the Divine Plan … it is only necessary to follow your personal Covenant With God and … Live the Love That You Are!

It is important to remember that there are many kinds of soul mates and each is very important to the lessons we must learn in this lifetime … these are lessons we chose before entering this realm and should be given the honour due them … Soul Mates help us learn these lessons and therefore although we may be seeking our Twin Flame we should never ignore other loves that come into our life for they are vital to our development and growth as spiritual beings … just as the ostrich that puts its head in the sand out of fear … our fear of making a mistake and getting hurt can stunt our personal growth … Pain is a necessary part of life…we can choose how long we hold on to it once and only once it has served it’s purpose … it is necessary however to feel the pain and allow it to teach us the lesson we need to learn …

KARMIC SOULS

A Karmic Soul is a soul that we still have karma to deal with between us. Now this doesn’t necessarily mean “bad” karma, it can be good karma as well. A karmic Soul Mate can be a family member (parents, brothers, sisters, cousins, etc.), a close friend, a romantic relationship, basically any relationship that has impacted our lives in any way. With these people, we always have lessons to share and these relationships can at times not be completely comfortable. Although these people invoke deep feelings (positive or negative) we seldom develop a long-term romantic relationship with a Karmic Soul Mate for these are generally more for lessons and growth rather than a life partner, romantically speaking …

COMPANION SOUL MATES

These closely resemble the Twin Flame in-so-far as this is generally a relationship based on romantic love, however there is still karma between the two people involved and although the couple can learn to live within unconditional love the relationship is not based on it. Quite often Companion Soul Mates will come together for a project such as writing a book, starting a business, or even assisting one to get through a particular trial or lesson in this life. Once the project is finished often the relationship ends as well, leaving both parties scratching their heads wondering what happened … Companion Soul Mates can and do join together as Life Partners, especially when the Twin Flame is not present in this lifetime or when for whatever reason the Twin Flames cannot be together in this life. Companion Soul Mates are still in the teaching each other lessons mode and this is one of the major differences between a Companion and a Twin, but we’ll get into those differences further on … Often Companion Soul Mates are confused with a Twin Flame, for sometimes there is not a lot of karma left between the couple. However, whenever there is any karma left to work out then the relationship is still within the boundaries of the Companion Soul Mate realm. Companion Soul Mates have known each other in many lifetimes and have loved many times. Generally when you meet a Companion Soul Mate there is an immediate attraction, Love At First Sight if you will, although sometimes there is the opposite because of the remembered hurts of the past, but this is far rarer …

TWIN FLAMES

Twin Fames have no karma left to work out between them, they resolved all of it in past lives and come together for no other reason than unconditional love. Twin Flames love each other with no expectation of the other and with no conditions attached to the giving of that love. It is easy to say that you love someone unconditionally but you need to ask yourself could you love this person if for some reason they could not remain with you? Could you give your love to this person with no expectations, not even that the love will be returned or even recognized? Can you love this person for no other reason than there is simply no other option available to you? If you can answer a resounding (and honest) yes to all of the above then you are experiencing unconditional love. But be carful here my friend for Spirit is listening and may put that love to the test. Spirit may require that you prove yourself worthy of this love and place you in a situation wherein you must truly discover if this is an unconditional love by separating you, sometimes only temporarily, sometimes permanently, depending on what lessons you have to learn in this lifetime … Which brings us to another point, Twin Flames are earned not given, you must prepare yourself to be able to join with your Twin flame, it is not an automatic, it is a gift. And as a gift it is truly a privilege to know your Twin Flame but you must be ready. How do you become ready you ask? Well you will have to learn to love deeper than you ever thought possible and that usually means meeting, loving and losing “near twins” to which are in reality Companion Soul Mates. Are you brave and strong enough to be able to risk loving with your heart and soul just to have the dream shattered? If not then seeking your Twin Flame is not for you for you must deepen your capacity to love before you can know unconditional love and that means experiencing pain as well as joy. The more pain you have experienced the more joy you are capable of holding within. Sometimes the cup of love must be completely shattered before it can be built strong enough to hold the love of your Twin Flame. Steel is tempered through flame and your heart must be tempered through pain before it is strong enough to protect the love of your Twin … When Twin Flames come together they become one, they are not like each other, they are the mirror image of the other. They think alike, they hold the same values and often their life experiences are very similar, sometimes they will actually look like each otehr. By that they will have similar builds, bone structures and features. This is not however a guide as to whether you have met your Twin Flame or not … Twin Flames do not teach each other, they learn together and help each other learn the lessons that have been set before them in this lifetime. When Twin Flames come together they join forces and are capable of overcoming obstacles the average mortal could not begin to face. They are so filled with unconditional love they literally glow with it and have much to share with others. They are the inspiration that poets write about and singers sing about …

If we go through this life measuring each possible romantic partner by some yardstick that we believe represents the Twin Flame two things will happen … one … we miss out on many beautiful experiences that will help us grow to our full potential and two … we will not have developed enough emotionally and spiritually to meet our Twin Flame … This is not to say that there is no way you will meet your Twin Flame for if it was pre-determined that we meet then we shall but the “joining” will be that much more traumatic because we were not prepared … My Twin Flame said to me once that we have been in training for 40 years for this relationship and although he isn’t aware of it, (he is not consciously fully conversant with this subject) he was and still is right … we have been in training and we still are for this relationship …

One really important lesson for those seeking Twin Flames is how to share your energy with each other without becoming addicted to the energy of each other … this is well addressed in the Celestine Prophesies and I would strongly recommend that if you haven’t already read this book that you do so … Twin Flames share energy … and they do so with unconditional love … when twin flames join … although at first they are totally absorbed with each other … they find they have an increased capacity to share their love and energy with everything and everyone they encounter … they see life with new eyes … when they see a squirrel playing on the street they feel and send love to it … sharing its joy and beauty …

Addictive energy causes one to actually feel physically ill when that energy is removed because the one who has lost the energy has either forgotten how or never knew how to accept the gift of energy from all of life surrounding them … and like any other addiction … once it is removed you have withdrawls … there are many people out there who will mistake an addictive energy relationship with a Twin Flame because that is what we all want so desperately … the trick here (if there is indeed a trick) is to always stay alert as to whether you are doing karma together … karmic relationships are important … don’t get me wrong … for they assist us with important growth issues and karmic relationships should never be walked away from for it brings with it some wonderful gifts and some karmic relationships will even turn out to be your life partner if the Twin Flame is not available … however these are not a Twin Flame although they are a Soul Mate …

Most of us will spend our life with a Companion Soul Mate and this is nothing to sneeze at for they too are a beautiful experience … so although we are all seeking that Twin Flame … again I really can’t emphasize enough that you should never walk away from a relationship simply because there is karma involved … you will do yourself a dis-service as well as the other person involved … the only time to leave a relationship is because there is nothing left in that relationship for you and your partner … if you are desperately unhappy … then and only then should you leave … or if there is abuse … mental, physical, spiritual, or emotional … and only you can make that decision … only you know if you can no longer do that relationship …

I have had people come to me and tell me that they don’t believe that a relationshiop without karma can survive because karma keeps the relationship alive and interesting … if that is where you are at … then that too is okay … however … consider this … what if you and your love have no karma left to work out between you … you are now in a position that you can turn your energy outward and do wonderful things for others that you encounter … together you can learn lessons that you would not have had the energy to learn before because of the karma that you were working out … imagine how much more growth you can achieve as you join forces to learn the tougher lessons together … and how much of a difference you can make to other people and things because together you are more than you were alone simply because there is no karma left to work out … just sharing …

What are Soul Mates and Twin Souls?

Soul Mates are souls we have met and lived with in many life times. They have been our lovers, spouses, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, teachers, students, friends, and family, or even our enemies, victims, or tormenters. We contract with these souls to return to earth together for greater learning and growth.

Twin souls, also called Twin Flames or Twin Rays, are the other half of your soul. This is based on the belief that we are all parts of the Divine Being, God, All That Is, Source, Spirit, Creator. The Divine Being, in order to experience Its Self, divided into many souls, each in turn divided into many others and many others. The final splitting of the many neutrally gendered souls created male and female halves of a whole, the Twin Soul.

Soul Mates

We have many soul mates, the first larger splitting of souls. These souls resonate with us and there is a comfort in that recognition. We evolve and reincarnate with these souls through many lifetimes, learning lessons in our many unions and partings, you can say on some level we are all soul mates one with another, learning and growing together. Not all these lessons are loving or comforting as lessons in forgiveness and unconditional love are challenging. Sometimes we are the “victim”, and sometimes we are the “darkness” that shows another soul their light. This is where freewill and choice comes into the “game”, how we react or perceive our relationships. Someone can come into your life and cause you much pain and suffering, this is a soul contract between you to grow and evolve in love and forgiveness. This is one perception of karma, and one that will free you from the karmic cycle of “I kill you, now you kill me” type of karmic dance some souls are involved in for many lifetimes. You break the cycle by acting rather than reacting, by freeing the ego from the soul and learning to love and forgive even in suffering.

Our greatest joy and our greatest pain are both conceived in these soul mate relationships, our feelings intensified by our soul connections, whether for good or bad. You can often spot a soul mate or karmic relationship by “love at first site” or “revulsion at first site”, depending upon the lessons you’ve contracted to learn from this soul.

One can live a lifetime in joy and harmony with a resonant soul mate, and this a beautiful, but rare gift.

Becoming “Whole” Before “Two” Becomes “One”

It is said that one does not meet their Twin Soul or Twin Flame until they have learned many lessons of love, loss and forgiveness through close Soul Mate relationships, that the heart is made resilient and strong through pain and loss, and must be so to face the intensity of being with the other half of their soul.

Many people who have met their Twin Soul had experienced a “Dark Night of the Soul”, or a major spiritual transformation just prior to meeting, or upon meeting this soul. It’s almost as if you need to be “emptied out” emotionally, spiritually and mentally as a test of your spirit. Meeting your “other half” can be a magical, maddening experience that opens your perceptions. Some experience an opening of their psychic awareness as their heart expands in this unbounded and unconditional love. The fact is, your life will not be the same, and whether you perceive this as a gift or a curse is the challenge of your soul’s evolution. The Twin Soul connection is always a triad involving the Divine Spirit/All That Is, two people connected by soul, connected to God.

Before one can physically unite with their Twin Soul, one must do the conscious work of healing and becoming whole within their self. Twin Soul love cannot exist in a codependent, ego-based relationship, or from a perceived “need” that the other person will make you whole. Both must often face separations while they strengthen their own connection to Spirit and find their strength and purpose on their own.

Each half will find balance in their male/female, yin/yang before union. When both halves of the Soul become strong pillars on their own, have healed and resolved karmic ties in the present life, then they can unite to fulfill their Divine purpose, but the challenges do not end. There is an intensity that can be frightening when dealing with your mirror, your weaknesses and strengths magnified, unresolved issues and wounds painfully open to push you to further healing, or cause ego to run from the relationship in fear. It’s important for Twin Souls to find their greater purpose, whether it’s a task they will accomplish together, or alone, there will be work to be done.

Some Twin Souls do not unite physically here on Earth, and the relationship may last a lifetime on the spiritual level alone, while one or both may be living physically with another soul in karmic agreement. Some Twin Souls other halves are not even on the Earth plane at the same time and will offer guidance and comfort from beyond as a “guardian angel”.

Psychic Connections and Synchronicity

Psychic and spiritual connection with your twin soul is intense and profound. Many experience a feeling of connection in a matrix of golden white threads of light, whether consciously or in a dream state. Some have strong psychic connection with their twin, feeling their thoughts embrace them mutually in an ecstatic place of comfort and bliss. You may feel your twin’s pain and suffering in heart-wrenching anguish. Often physical symptoms are shared between twins, simultaneous nosebleeds, headaches, body aches are confirmed by both twins.

Synchronicity plays an important part in twin soul meetings… I like to say that synchronicity is God’s way of getting your attention. You may find simular experiences in the same timeframes before you even met, marriages, births, divorces, illnesses. You may find that you had lived as neighbors in totally different towns at some point in your lifes or vacationed in the same country at the same time.

How Do You Know if You’ve Met Your Twin?

Meeting the “other half of your soul” is generally so life changing and profound that this question is unnecessary…. you just know. Twin souls will both recognize this extraordinary bond, whether they are evolved and whole enough to acknowledge and act upon it is another thing.

Meeting with your twin soul brings about an internal spiritual revolution, a deeper connection and understanding of the Divine and the Universal Oneness, this is the greatest gift of knowing your twin. Twin soul love is not to be confused with an obsessive/compulsive disorder, it’s not a desire to “possess” another, but truly a challenge to love unconditionally and without expectation, to be whole and complete within yourself before joining with the other whole and complete side of your soul. The longing and desire to be with your twin soul is intense, but through growth and perception can be seen as the greater longing to join with the Divine, and that is the true lesson, you are two halves of a much greater whole.

When you meet your twin, there will be no “game-playing” or manipulation, you will have the need to be transparently honest in your relationship and communication with one another. If there is karma from past lives to work out between you, it will be apparent and consciously worked out. If you or your twin is committed to another relationship, you will respect and honor that bond and realize the tests of unconditional love. Meeting your twin soul challenges you to grow spiritually, heal mentally, emotionally, physically, and to see beyond time, ego, and physical limitations. You will be driven with the desire to be the best manifestation of your soul on earth. This is not a relationship of hearts and flowers, but one that will be tested in fire and will endure beyond time and space.

I need to caution that all of these signs are not “proof” of meeting the other half of your soul, very often we are challenged by the meeting of a “near twin” or karmic soul mate that can mirror all these signs. In my own experience, the man I believed with my entire being of being my twinflame, turned out to be a karmic soul mate, and one of the most painful lessons of my life. Thus, this article has been rewritten eliminating some of the original text. After these few years of reflection, I’ve come to see that there are no guarantees in life, in all our lessons we are called to learn unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness, a meeting with a karmic soul mate can be the ultimate test of your spiritual evolution. Many people have written me, asking me to somehow confirm their belief that they have met their twin soul. There is no confirmation until the ultimate reunion with Divine Source, until then the greatest message I have received is, “Do not fear being “wrong.”

In other words, if we are so determined to believe that this or that certain person is our twin, we tend to become blinded to the rest of the lessons in life. Life is about love in all forms, how can we truly grow without trusting in the wisdom of the Universe to bring to us those which will teach us best? Love is not about expectation, love is without condition, but relationships on this Earth are all about conditions. I would advise anyone who believes they have met their twin, yet is in such pain from that meeting, that perhaps the time for union is not right, or that they are enmeshed in a karmic soul mate or “near twin” relationship. Only in “letting go” can we be prepared to receive what is truly ours. There are some that believe the “reunion” with our twinflame is truly within, that we carry the essence of our beloved within our soul, and we are challenged to manifest that love in all we do, without attachment, without expectation, we become ONE.

More on soul mates and twin flames

The final division of the soul that took place eons and eons ago could be likened to the separating of a magnet into two separate pieces. Each piece would be predominately one polarity or the other but a residual amount of its opposite essence would always be present within itself. So it is with the divided twin (soul). The masculine half has always retained some of the original feminine energy that the soul first possessed while the feminine half still holds onto a part of the masculine essence it once was united with. Since that time we have roamed around in this incomplete state of being experiencing life after life and relationship after relationship until we decide we’ve had enough and want something more fulfilling. In order for that to happen each twin must first achieve a balance of masculine and feminine essence within themselves and bring that balanced energy to each other to complete the whole.

Ultimately, each and every one of us will reach a point when a very serious choice and commitment is made… to begin the process of growing and evolving on a spiritual level. As that happens we will rediscover our true spiritual nature and go through an inner transformation that is so profound it will affect the deepest part of our being. At that moment the soul begins to crave completion with its Source in a way that is difficult to describe unless one has experienced it. Part of this craving will be satisfied by reunion with our twin.

The twin-soul concept is not new. Plato described it  2,500 years ago. Here is an excerpt:

” … and when one of them meets the other half, the actual half of himself, the pair are lost in an amazement of love and friendship and intimacy and one will not be out of the other’s sight even for a moment…

If Hephaestus, son of Zeus, were to ask the pair; ‘do you desire to be wholly one, always day and night to be in one another’s company? For if this is what you desire, I am ready to melt you into one and let you grow together, so that being two you shall become one, and after your death in the world beyond you will still be one departed soul instead of two — I ask whether this is what you lovingly desire?’ — and there is not a man or woman of them who, when they heard the proposal, would not acknowledge that this melting into one another, this becoming one instead of two, was the very expression of their ancient need. And the reason is that human nature was original one and we were a whole, and the desire and pursuit of the whole is called love.”

When each of us separated into our male and female halves long ago, the soul knew (and still knows) that the rejoining of its incomplete self would inevitably take place… it was part of the divine plan. After that agonizing and painful division took place a deep seated yearning for oneness began to linger within each of us and the desire for reunion and  completeness has endured over the ages. Only one other in all the universe can satisfy it. As a result, we are constantly searching for our twin. But the desire for completion doesn’t stop there… and the soul also realizes this. What the soul really wants is not only reunion with itself but the original feeling of oneness it had with its Source in the very beginning. This craving for the “First Intimacy” will not stop until it is fully satisfied. We have as long as we want to make it happen… but it will happen.

It would seem that this desire for oneness must be the foundation upon which all relationships are built. Male-female unions have come into being and have fallen apart for thousands of years. However, if a deep, spiritual union with our Source can be established and maintained, the chances for lasting joy and fulfillment becomes more and more of a possibility. It also seems to make more sense that our relationships should be based upon spiritual principals rather than man made religious dogmas which can bring so much fear and guilt into people’s lives.

Plato is not the only individual who has given us insights into twin soul relationships. Spiritual writings from the Sufis 800 years ago say that…

“Out of the original unity of being there is a fragmentation and dispersal of beings, the last stage being the splitting  of one soul into two. And consequently, love is the search by each half for the other half on earth or in heaven…

As twin souls are so alike to begin with, it seems necessary for them to go their separate ways before they can complete each other. Identity and complementarity are the two driving forces and axes of love… For the complete being there must be a blending of the two.”

Even Edgar Cayce, the wonderful “sleeping prophet,” spoke about soul mates (twin souls). He explained how in the beginning the “male and female were as in one.” In his historical description of Atlantis, Cayce says that as long as several hundred thousands of years ago … “there lived in this land of Atlantis one Amillius, who had first noted the separations of the beings as inhabited that portion of the earth’s sphere or plane of these peoples, into male and female as separate entities or individuals.”

All of the information described above suggests that the division which resulted in the formation of two, twin soul halves occurred when we originally entered the Earth’s 3-dimensional environment at some point in the distant past to “experience and feel” at this level of reality. Since that time we’ve apparently lost our way in this material world and are trying remember who we really are. When we do, our adventure within the universe can continue where it left off ages go.

When we finally ” wake up” and begin the journey Home to our Source, no longer needing experiences and feelings at the Earth’s level of existence, corresponding twins will reunite once again. Male and female essence will blend into in one form, perfectly balanced, totally spiritual, with  unconditional love for themselves and others. From that point forward they will remain as one for eternity as they coalesce with other reunited twins to recreate the soul groups they separated from a long time ago. Ultimately, all of us will reunite as the “original One.”

More than likely you and your other half have come together in previous lives and may have already touched at some point during this life time… but if one or both of you were not ready when it happened the experience will have been very intense and electrifying but short-lived.

What’s the most important starting point for a twin soul reunion? How do we prepare ourselves for it? It begins with the desire to love yourself and others without any conditions attached and without judgements. Although desire is the starting point, it is not enough. One has to live it… day in and day out as best as possible. Even though our efforts to “live it” may not at the Master level, we need to be well on our way towards doing so or the relationship will suffer. In short, unconditional love is the magical ingredient for building a twin relationship and making it work (this also applies to other relationships we may have).

If two twins are to reunite and then have a meaningful  partnership both have to be spiritually ready for it. At that point the Universe will create the special forces necessary to bring them together for another moment in time. However, the search for the other must always begin as a search within each of the twins themselves first before lasting reunion is possible. Each has to discover his or her own individual spiritual nature and potential… and then do their best to live it on a daily basis.

There are no dependencies in a twin soul relationship because the “sense of self” has been developed quite well within each of the partners. To reach that point, a certain degree of internal balance and happiness must first be nurtured and achieved. Then, during reunion, the essence of one simply flows into the essence of the other to create the completeness. There is no effort involved.

It is also impossible for twin souls to remain separated on any kind of permanent basis. When in relationship, they will continue to have have conflicts. However, they will be driven to resolve these conflicts (and any past karma) as quickly as possible. Nothing is left unsaid. Nothing is left to chance. Assumptions never enter their minds. All is out in the open. Neither sits, pouts and wonders who will make the first move at “making up.” There are no games. There is no pretending. There is no deception. There is no fear of reprisal because unconditional love is the foundation upon which their relationship has been built. In essence, they can just be themselves. And as each conflict resolves, the bond of love between them takes on renewed meaning and strength. What incredible freedom! Such is the nature of this very divine and profound union.

There is no doubt that some of the symptoms described above are also common to soul mate relationships.
